One Park Drive is a tower simultaneously iconic in form and human in scale that embodies the aspirations of its new context, an extension of a dynamic global community and the start of the new vibrant Wood Wharf neighbourhood.

As part of our masterplan work across the entire Wood Wharf estate, StudioFractal created a high-quality lighting design for all amenity areas comprising the reception, concierge, lounge, library, cinema, private health club and spa, incorporating treatments for the Penthouses and private gardens.

Light and shadow are balanced throughout this signature building to reveal the unique sculptural form. Light is carefully applied to highlight feature walls, textures, materials and artworks from a variety of positions to provide a luxurious and intimate ambience.
