StudioFractal have delivered a layered lighting strategy for this Arup Headquarters building in central London. The comprehensive refurbishment and extension was completed by Squire & Partners and delivered 88,000sq ft of contemporary, net-zero carbon workspace, designed to accommodate multiple tenants. StudioFractal’s scope included all Front of House spaces, communal areas and new roof terraces and help achieve BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications.
