Clarges Mayfair is a super-prime luxury residential & commercial development in Mayfair. The residential element comprises 34 apartments, a private wellness spa with a 25-metre swimming pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam and treatment rooms, a private cinema and underground garaging via a gated mews.
StudioFractal developed a carefully layered lighting strategy through close collaboration with the client, architect & interior designer to complement and enhance the blend of traditional and contemporary materials including Portland stone, antique brass metalwork and sumptuous fabrics. Integrated lines of light accentuate stepped forms in the ceilings and stone walls while also providing discrete levels of illumination.
Hidden accent lighting illuminates the carefully curated art collection on display while bespoke wall lights draw the eye and provide a rhythmic accent to the public spaces.
