3 Canalside is predominantly a residential development located opposite the north entrance of Paddington Station with a southwest facade facing towards the Grand Union Canal Quayside and high-level views towards Hyde Park. StudioFractal provided detailed lighting designs for the front of house areas while providing specialist consultation on the suitability and sustainability of the apartment lighting.
