The Regent Quarter regeneration project near Kings Cross Station is a highly successful, award-winning urban regeneration development combining office, retail, leisure and residential offerings within 3 city blocks across the two London Boroughs of Camden and Islington.

A detailed lighting masterplan was developed, focused on blending together the reimagined nineteenth-century buildings and spaces with contemporary interventions to create a series of streets and spaces that encouraged exploration. The precise illumination of buildings and spaces established a characterful backdrop against which the wide variety of office, residential, retail and leisure activities add a varying layer of vibrant night-time activity and atmosphere. The lighting highlights the tapestry of 19th and 21st-century materials and details, and an embedded public art story to create a uniquely rich urban environment.
