n2 is a distinctive component forming the final part of LandSec’s Nova development masterplan in London’s Victoria. StudioFractal have prepared a detailed lighting strategy for all front of house areas comprising reception, circulation spaces, toilets, lift lobbies, lift cars, roof terrace and connecting outdoor spaces. Lighting is integrated within the architectural design, accenting details, planting and materials while creating feature elements to offer tenants a compelling mix of highly engineered office spaces with a refined ambience.
